"Hello! My entire cabinet is forcing me to do this in the name of Communism... Your nation must raise your taxes on the weathy by 10% and give more benefits to the poor or sadly my cabinet gives me no other option... and the voters at home also want this so it shall happen, unfortuantly there shall be war if you don't...."
The military has also been put at high alert and at defcon 2 with missile defenses ready to defend the neighboring countries of Archaix, Deutschgarten, and Kazzer with abosulte success. Other countries might not get the interception on time though.
The fighters still fly patroling the airways of the city day and night, a miltia has been formed, the same from the Civil War days, and the robo soldiers are deployed all on the homeland.

Debro officially protests against this type of hostile threat, and demand that Primus Orios respect the sovereignty of the kingdom.

The Kingdom of Sad Ni Kuk has put the military on high alert. Meanwhile, delegates, led by Peace Prize winner and former Sad Ni Kuk Vice Minister Ronald Kwak, have assembled and are ready to speak with Kaiser Thomas' cabinet members.
King Jun Park released the following statement: "We will not give in to dictatorial and aggressive stipulations which are tenanmount to a declaration of war. Our country is sovereign and has never given in to the whims of other neighboring nations. We shall not capitulate to any demands by any sovereign power.
Indeed, we are surprised by this turn of events. We have always had a strong relationship with Kaiser Thomas and have remained neutral in world events. We also have a progressive tax in our country, in which the more income one earns, the higher percentage one pays in taxes.
We will ready our army, one which we believe to be the most highly skilled and most highly trained in the world. As a nation that prides itself on technological advances, including those involving the military, we will respond with force if necessary."
I suggest you be wary of threats, or else you may have to face a formidable army:
1. Highly sophisticated air force featuring powerful aircraft and highly developed stealth technology. 2. Likely the most accurate and powerful air defense missile system in the world (A.T.L.A.S.) 3. A technological futuristic armed force including the use of robotic technology. 4. A nation packed with those who have military experience, since our country has a compulsory military service term of 2 years 5. Formidable army and naval operations 6. Groups of elite, highly trained military forces 7. A nation of fiercely patriotic people with a history of facing terrible odds in war, yet refusing to surrender. Every man and woman will fight and you will lose millions if you attempt to invade our country. We have fought battles against far larger nations than yourself in the past and have repelled every invasion. 8. Geographic difficulties in our nation include archipelagos at the coastline (landing sites), heavily mountainous terrain, jungle terrain in parts of the country and desert terrain in others. 9. Our coastlines are heavily fortified as are our other borders, which are also naturally protected by mountains. Our gigantic urban cities also present a naturally difficult environment to fight in, in which our citizens and army have a distince, and large advantage.
However, we would like to stress again that war is a last option.

OOC: While the busyness of life and marriage prevents me from coming to this board on weekends, be sure that I'll respond to any posts when I revisit this thread next week. ;D

OOC: I probably will not get involved in the war but I have everything you just listed about your military......nearly all of my money is spent on my military currently and military technology research and development. I also have a compulsory military service...do not be too cocky about the abilities of your nation's military. My military is just as highly advanced as yours...if not slightly more in a few select places.

Kaiser Thomas says, "Sorry I didn't do my research, with the special tax on the wealthy the more you own and get or whatever the more you pay is fine with me. Sorry for your time. My cabinet is fine with that, the people are, and I am so ummm go along with your day sir, sorry."

Kazzer, If our militaries are equal, you lose.
It's not easy to invade a nation. Why do you think the U.S. chose to use nuclear weapons in WWII rather than invade a worn-out Japanese nation? Because they would have possibly lost ONE MILLION troops to invade that country. Why can't the U.S. army defeat a much, much smaller militant group in Iraq? Because invasion is very difficult, and its made even harder against patriots in an urban setting. Ditto for Vietnam.
And I'm not cocky, I'm simply letting you know part of the situation. You will not win. And it will take you a very long time just getting to our country (as I mentioned, going over our borders will be extremely difficult since mountains guard them; sea invasion is just as difficult, as our navies will play back and forth - additionally, Sad Ni Kuk has a number of very intelligent and strategic submarine commanders).
Once in our country, if you can make it, you will have to totally conquer it. Your army would have to be many, many times stronger than mine to be able to do that in any reasonable amount of time. You will likely run out of sources (manpower included) before that could take place.
Anyone invading our country will destroy their own if they invade us. A quick win is no option. You will lose millions and millions of soldiers. Think "Russia in World Wars I & II" (Russia's population, of course, has never recovered).
I suggest you step down and rule your own land and let us take care of ourselves.

We accept your apology and appreciate your work to settle things peacefully.

Emperor Kazzer reminds Sad Ni Kuk that he will not involve his country in a war with you.
OOC: In actuality I was just a little frustrated that you said your military was the best and most advanced in the world...I only said what I said to tell you that there are nations that could potentially defeat you in a war(mine and some others). I can reassure you that I was not threatening you at all just pointing something out.

OOC: I understand. But, I purposely tried to not say my army was the best in the world. I would never do such a thing - kind of cocky, as you said. I just wanted to say that my military was very strong. The one thing I DID claim to be the best at, however, was air defense. I personally know quite a bit about this topic, so I felt I could take this one. Additionally, remember, the rhetoric from a country under attack has to be exaggerated - not only to intimidate enemies, but also to pump up the patriotism from one's own country. Anyway, no harm done.
