IC: The Coalition forces had both strongholds surrounded. Negotiations had begun, but nothing was actually agreed upon. After a week of the discussions, a rebel rocket blew up a Silvadian tank and violence started again. Shortly after the Special Forces reported that they had cleared the Garrison, taking few prisoners. The Barracks were still holding out for a few days. That ended when CIW forces raided the building from the back and Silvadian forces landed on the roof via helicopters. Most rebels died, the ones who lived were prisoners. With the rebellion crushed, the civilians ventured out of their homes and rebuilding took place immediately. A parade was thrown for the Coalition in Winter Hollow.
