OOC: Yes, there are many Penguins, they are the national animal and are the only wild animal as they tend to destroy other wild animals, as a result Zoo's have great security. Many people have Penguin's as pets and the range of their intelligence is unknown, it is thought that Penguins could overthrow the Government one day, and children are taught at a very young age to respect Penguins and to an extent fear them as even though they look cute, they are dangerous when insulted or harmed.

- The Military is growing and production of Military Equipment is very high, it is thought that if production stays at this level the ever growing Military can be fully equipped soon and the factories can return to producing all goods as normal.

- Chairman Mao Pengu has invited representatives of the CIW to join him and hopefully Kazzerland in Automaticz for a conference.

- The Government has banned all Religious groups and Political Groups not affiliated with the Communist Party. As a result there have been numerous supposedly brutal crackdowns and arrests.

The government of Debro announce a change of the official name of the country, from now on it should be called Oceania. The newly established government is led by a mysterious person, who is referred as the "Big Brother". Prominent leaders of the Ingsoc party welcome the recent developments in the communist Penguin State, however they expressed their concerns regarding the still existing liberties in the country.

-Count Sudooku agrees to personally attend the conference proposed by Chairman Mao Pengu. Vayzon will handle affairs in his absence.
-Sudooku also cautiously expressed concern about the recent commentary from the newly christened Oceania: "civil liberties are the heart of a state. It is the spirit of the people. Ban that, and you are left with the totalitarian state whose tendencies we have been trying to rid ourselves of."

- The Kaiser would be interested in opening diplomatic and trade ties with his fellow nations in this region. He is open for leaders to come visit the Grand Imperium.

- Military Production has peaked, Chairman Mao Pengu has thanked the workers for their great effort and says that normal factory production will now resume.

- The Military is growing very fast, the Government is waiting for the soldier numbers to match the amount of equipment before stopping the recruitment campaign, this is expected to happen soon.

- After the banning of all Religious Groups not affiliated with the Government every place of "worship" such as churches and mosques have been shut down and many demolished, unconfirmed reports tell us that high ranking religious officials and people showing a great religious faith have been sent to "Re-Education Centres"

- Reports tell us that many people turned violent after the shutting down and demolishing of places of worship, we understand that Police had Orders to neutralise any violent people to protect the peaceful majority from a possible riot, 48 people are thought to be dead and many more injured after the police carried out their orders, however only 4 deaths have been officially confirmed by the Government.

-The Military is readying themselves for the National Day (the day the country was united under the former state of United Warlords), which will take place tomorrow. The airforce will have an air show, and at four o'clock in the afternoon all ships in the CIW will fire a salute. The army will also parade with marching bands, and all members of the government will be present. Sudooku will give a speech on the efforts of the country, and his intentions for the future. Rumors say that Prime Minister Vayzon had a nervous breakdown from the preparations for the day, but the government denies this. Huge stashes of fireworks have been sighted in every major city, to be lit off tomorrow evening. All leaders are invited.
-Count Sudooku also expressed concern about the demolishing of churches and mosques: "I may not be a religous man, but some of those places of worship must be ancient wonders. by demolishing all that you don't only crack down on religion, but also on your heritage."
-General Grevious announces that the CIW military will expand its armored brigades. Production will be focused mostly on H-Aat tanks, but also some Warg tanks and Stap armored cavalry. The CIW will also begin production of long-range Rocket Artillery Vehicles (RAVs).

- Today, In Kazzer Square, a group of black-robed men came out of the golden gates of the Grand Imperial Palace. They held staves with flames atop, and one held a large staff with a splenderous golden eagle mounted on it's top. Each of them had decorative blades sheathed at their waists. The robed man holding the golden eagle came forward and made an official decree to the people of Kazzerland.

"All hail the Imperium and it's glorious Emperor! At the will of forces and powers stronger than our own, the almighty Emperor is to be crowned the God-Emperor of the Holy Imperium. No longer shall we be known as "Kazzerland," but instead only as the Holy Imperium! The Emperor has been crowned a God, and the one and only God for mortals such as us. Heresy and blaspheme will not be tolerated, and will be punished with death! All are to attend the Church of The God-Emperor on a daily basis! A new branch of government has been established as well, the Holy Ecclesiarchy. They are tasked with maintaining faith in the God-Emperor amongst our people, and are charged with eliminating heretics to the Imperium at whatever means necessary. All hail the Holy Imperium, and all hail the God-Emperor!"

- The State assures the KBF that items of significant value were taken into state ownership before the demolitions and will be displayed at National Museums. Also any buildings with great value were not demolished, but stripped of all religious materials and taken into state ownership. However most were demolished, we need room for Schools and Hospitals, too much space is taken up by monuments to these fairy tales.

- Soldier numbers have met the number of the vast amount of new equipment, the recruitment drive has now ended and the Peoples Republic is focusing on rigorous training for its vast Military Force.

- Rioters in the far west of Automaticz attacked an Army Barracks, this is thought to be due to the destruction of mosques in the area, 20 soldiers were killed, State News says,
"20 dear soldiers were murdered by these beasts, so many because the soldiers did not want to kill their fellow citizens, as a result rioters were arrested but not harmed" The report ended by showing pictures of dead and wounded soldiers.
What the report leaves out is that later that day locals near the demolished mosque were given 1 hour to leave their houses before they were too demolished by tanks and bulldosers, this was to make room for a new Re-Education Centre, but insiders say that it was a hurried decision made to avenge the deaths of the soldiers. It is also likely that captured rioters will be beaten and executed. Martial Law has been declared in the local area, to continue for 1 week.

- Chairman Mao Pengu has expressed concern over the new cult forming in Kazzerland.

- Chairman Mao Pengu has sent his deputy to KBF to attend the National Day, he has thanked them for the kind invite and brings a gift of a solid gold oriental dragon ordainment.

-The CIW National Day was perfect! Count Sudooku thanks everyone who attended and for the solid gold dragon. In his speech, Sudooku pledged to increase civil rights, while developing a more powerful economy. "However," spoke Sudooku, "given the militarisation of our neighbors, we cannot but help do the same to maintain our treasured security." Rumor also has it that General Grevious failed to come to office today as a result of a hangover. Sudooku himself admitted he was a little tipsy, and Minister of the Interior Vayzon also admitted "we had a lot, and I mean A LOT of champagne last night."
- Before leaving for the conference Beijing, Automaticz, Sudooku also privately expressed gratitude on the care taken with the religious artifacts in Automaticz, and expressed concern about the Imperial cult forming in Kazzerland, warning that it could lead to dangerous fanatism.
- Sudooku also spoke out against the death penalty during the CIW National Day, which had been in disuse since the Dictator's death and oficially banned the use of the death penalty in the CIW.
-General Grevious commented that he wished to visit the Imperium of Kazzerland after the Beijin Conference is over.

"The Revolution Guard" This new Organization will replace the Secret Police in an effort to become more efficient, the Revolution Guard will be plain clothed and made up from the best Police Officers hand picked to become members, their main task will to be quash Anti-Revolutionary movements and to run the Re-Education Centres, like the secret police no one will know that they are members. After this announcement some reports have leaked out of Automaticz telling us about some people vanishing with no notice, also reports tell us of a sharp increase in the populations of Re-Education Centres.

The Holy News

- By direct order of the Emperor, the capital city of Kazzerberg; where the Holy Palace resides, is to be officially renamed to Sanctus.
- The Emperor and his Grand Council commend Automaticz and their Chairmen for their efforts to root out the false religions and deities of the world. If any help is needed to quell the heretical rebels, the Imperium will gladly provide it.
- High Lord Vartrus of the Grand Council has announced that the Holy Imperium will be sending representatives to the international council. We wish to better our relations with nations that grow distrustful of our true and powerful faith.
OOC: Vartrus is the High Lord of the Grand Council, which is essentially the governing force of the country.
- The Grand Council would also like to welcome General Grevious into our grand and holy walls when the conference has come to a close. Unfortunately, access into the Holy Palace can not be granted. Grevious will be able to speak to the Emperor via telephone, and he will be given access to the Grand Council and it's members.
- The Ecclesiarchy has sent out it's agents to hunt and root out heretics on the soil of the Imperium. (They're called Inquisitors). Dissent and blaspheme are things we simply can not have.

Breaking News

- A swift, perfectly-planned, and deadly coup was just performed by the newly established Death Korps Grenadiers. Within hours of its initiation, the Grand Council was mass-murdered by a series of planted high explosives. The Grand Imperial Palace was efficiently captured and reinforced by a Death Korps regiment, and all major military facilities around the nation were quickly and precisely overrun as well. Essentially, the Death Korps is currently our nation's government. Intense fighting has erupted in the streets and the countryside as certain elements of the military have sided with the Death Korps. Others remain loyal to the theocracy. Civilians are in hiding, and the country is in a state of complete violence, chaos, and panic.
According to inside reports, Kazzer has been locked up and kept as a prisoner by the Grand Council. They have been able to control him and speak for him, pretending that the he was simply hiding in the Palace all day. Lord Commissar Krieger, commander of the Death Korps, had a pre-existing pact with Kazzer to protect him and remain loyal to him at whatever cost and at whatever means necessary. Krieger was informed of the treachery of the so-called "Grand Council", and immediately set out to gain control of the nation with a precise and violent coup. Currently, a massive war is raging on ever city street of the capital, bullets are flying and buildings are burning. The Death Korps is clawing to hold its vital control of the Grand Palace. Kazzerland is in violent anarchy, and we newscasters don't know what to do.

- Due to the Anarchy in Kazzerland all flights to Kazzerland are CANCELED until further notice and any flights from Kazzerland into Automaticz are CANCELED with the exception of Automaticz Nationals returning home. All flights from Automaticz traveling to Kazzerland that are mid flight are ordered to return immediately and all flights from Kazzerland to Automaticz that are mid flight will be accepted but all Kazzer Nationals will be detained in comfortable conditions at a fully funded hotel until they can return. All Kazzer nationals currently in Automaticz on a short Visa are asked to visit Government Buildings where they will be given a comfortable, fully funded place to stay until they can return.

- Chairman Mao Pengu has expressed concern over the situation in Kazzerland.

- More people are disappearing, supposedly to Re-Education Camps.

- Religious Education is now banned in Schools, replacing it will be Revolutionary Teachings (RT) all pupils will be required to have at least 1 hour of RT every week, it will teach them about the Revolution, the benefits of it and the horrors of Capitalism.

- Due to the brewing conflict in Kazzerland the CIW has put a hold on all flights to Kazzerland and aviation officials have ordered flights in midair to return. General Grevious has cancelled his trip until further notice, and has flown to the Onewa region (formerly known as Turkey), to supervise that the fighting in Kazzerland does not spill into the CIW borders. Sudooku has also messaged from Beijing that refugees will be granted hospitality so long as the fighting rages, but has declined for military intervention. The CIW may send humanitarian aid, but this is only speculation.
- Minister of the Interior Vayzon, who is ruling the country in Sudooku's absence, has spoken out against Automaticz teaching the horrors of capitalism. An excerpt of his speech follows: "Sure, unbridled capitalism is bad, we agree. However, capitalism does happen to be a system of prosperity. Divide that prosperity equally by initiating free healthcare and welfare and the like, and you can have a type of capitalism where no one lives in poverty! And this is what we in the Confederacy of Independant Warlords are proud of!"
-Additionally, we at KBF advise the Kazzerland news reporters to get to a safe place and fast.
-In a minor update, the CIW Stap armored cavalry will be rechristened Carabine armored cavalry, H-Aat tanks will be rechistened Nassaur tanks and the MulTro Transport Vehicles will be rechristened Erebor military transports.

National News

- After 5 days of violent and highly intense combat in the city-streets of Kazzerland, the Death Korps managed to affirm it's temporary leadership of the nation through combat, threats, and negotiation. All opposing forces have ceased their relentless attacks, allowing for the Korps to get its act together and establish a temporary government. Lord Commissar Krieger has announced martial law for the time being, with him as the leader of the nation and its armed forces. In the coming days, Emperor Kazzer will be moved to a fully secret and secure location, allowing for him to reorganize the nation and reestablish his reign. Kazzerland is in relative order for the time being, but the slightest bad action could reignite the brutal anarchic conflict.

OOC: Just in case anyone didn't know by now, the "land" in "Kazzerland" is pronounced as it is in "Scotland."

- Chairman Mao Pengu wishes to know if the new religion will continue under Death Korp rule and what their stance on Automaticz is.

- Every Child now has to take a daily oath to Automaticz and the People, a red arm band has also been added to the state school uniform.

- Foreign Workers in Automaticz have been given a lower priority in the assignment of jobs, unless they are an Automaticz citizen they may not be assigned a job and will not be entitled to any benefits. This is to increase the standard of living for the people of Automaticz and stop foreign nationals from stealing our jobs.

I.N.N. Reports

- Kazzer has been safely escorted and hidden long enough for him to hold several important meetings and reorganize the nation that is rightfully his. He has been officially recrowned as Emperor of the Martial Reich of Kazzerland. Things are much like they used to be, prior to the creation of the Imperial Church. However, Kazzer intends to make some gradual changes and some immediately as well.
- In less cheerful news, several southern provinces have been united under the ideals and propaganda of what remains of the Holy Ecclesiarchy. Not all of its agents and Inquisitors were rooted out, and they have managed to sway a decent portion of southern Kazzerland into following them. They have established themselves as an independent nation, calling it "The Holy Empire." Unfortunately, hefty portions of the military have sided with them as well. They have their borders heavily fortified, and their nation is unswerving in its loyalty to the radical ideals of the Imperial Church. In response, Emperor Kazzer has issued them an official letter requesting capitulation. No reply has come from the rebel state yet.
- In an attempt to better the current military situation, Kazzer has deemed Lord Commissar Krieger the new "Lord of Imperial Armed Forces." He has command over the entirety of the Imperial Military, but will also remain as the commander of the Death Korps, specifically. All reserve units have been called up to active duty, and all active duty units are now prepared for full-scale war.

An Overview of Teivostan

The first things which stands out to many nations about Teivostan as very strange is the fact that all important and government positions are run by incredibly intelligent cats led by the honourable, supreme leader Comrade Chairman Meow.

There are two classes in Teivostan despite it being a Communist nation.

Cats are the only citizens allowed to occupy the most important jobs of administration etc.
Cats have adapted to walking on only their hind legs to make them seem more intimidating. It is also compulsory to wear the traditional revolutionary hat at all times when outside and when working.
Cats and other highly intelligent animals are deemed as equal.

Humans make up the entire lower class. They occupy jobs which require manual labor and office work. You will never find a situation where a human is in a higher position than a cat.
Humans are very much looked down upon by their feline rulers. They have even gone as far as forcing humans to crawl on all fours while in the presence of cats.

Teivostan is a land of many cultures and tradition with citizens who have great pride in their country and leader.
The state has put much effort into maintaining a sense of pride since the great revolution which overthrew the human oppressors and nationalized every single company

Teivostan will only trade with Communist nations as it sees any country with a different political opinion as weak and should be "freed" from their capitalist oppressors.
As much as the higher class of Teivostan dislike humans they do realize that pretty much all other nations are run by them and know that trade is more important than discrimination against species, at the moment anyway...

The military's lower ranks and cannon fodder are completely made up of humans while the higher ranks and special forces are made up of highly intelligent animals and of course, cats. There are even trained infiltrators who will take the roll of an enemy human house cat to gather intelligence.
Teivostan is a highly militaristic nation and the people take pride in that. We specialize in ground forces and ballistic missiles. Air force comes second and the naval fleet is mediocre as a majority of the feline population dislike the idea of being surrounded by water.
Military marches are a daily event to keep national pride high and the soldiers in check although marches on special occasions are by far the most spectacular.

Teivostan will most certainly aid any revolutionary animal or communist movement in other nations.
