[His Holiness King Of Penguins]

- After hearing that Teivostan is run by cats the Automaticz Government became very worried, The large Penguin Population in Automaticz is thought to be able to take control of the Government at any time, as a precaution penguins have been rounded up and kept in highly guarded areas, scientists will examine the Penguins to see if their intelligence is up to Human levels or if that is just a myth.

- Chairman Mao Pengu has expressed his unwillingness to cooperate with any nation that oppresses Humans and says that Teivostan cannot be classed as a communist nation, the divide between cat and Human is too great.

- In an effort to see if all cats have the same level of intelligence as the Teivostan Cat several wild and home cats are being tested for intelligence.

The only reply Comrade Chairman Meow gave when asked by reporters on Automaticz' stance was,
"The pathetic humans will learn soon enough" he said as he smiled slyly.

Later a small military parade was held in one major eastern Teivost city, which had many resemblances to those of the parades that were held when troops went to war. Although only very few people in high military positions know exactly where this small band of elite soldiers was deployed too.

OOC: Here's some information about Kazzerland's current state, considering that most of you are probably painfully confused. Heck, even I'm confused.

Full Name: The Martial Reich of Kazzerland

Capital City: Reichherz

National Religion: The Reich-Kirche. It is not radical and it does not worship any god. They simply preach about the Reich and the Kaiser, attempting to keep rebellion at bay. It acts as an excellent place for government propaganda.

Leader's Title: Kaiser (or Emperor)

National Language: German, with Latin and English being spoken by most people as well.

Government: The Government of Kazzerland is an imperial, fascist, and incredibly militaristic institution. Under the Kaiser, the military is the most powerful and influential thing in the nation. All civilians serve a mandatory 5 years, including 1 year of training. The economy is very regulated, almost to the point of full socialism but not quite.

Military: Kazzerland has claimed the most powerful and efficient ground-forces in the region for quite some time. Naval capability is lacking, but existant, with air capability being well-above average. All able-bodied adults of Kazzerland are trained soldiers, and are assigned to the Reich Defense Force until their 70th birthday. Many children and teenagers of the nation join the Youth Guardsmen Korps, which is a branch of the military that trains the youth population to fight and lead until they are of age to join the actual military. The Police, are a branch of the military and are constantly patrolling all streets of the nation. Crime is extremely low, as Kazzerland is infamous for incredibly harsh and cruel punishments.

Some General Stuff: The people of Kazzerland are fiercely patriotic, and distrustful of other nations that are different from their own. The nation's long history of war, division, and strife has bred a people who are surprisingly violent, and prefer to use the military option when there is one.

Full Name: The Confederacy of Independant Warlords (usually known as the CIW, the Confederacy or Seperatists)
Capital City: Karadas
National Religion: None, though the Russian Orthodx Church, Shintoism, Buddhism and more recently Islam exist as the more major religions. A large portion of the people is agnostic or atheist
Leader's Title: Head of State, though it is informally known as Count, referring to Sudooku.
National Language: English, with Dutch and Frisian as second major languages, though Russian, Japanese and Turkish is sometimes spoken.
Government: After the death of the Stalinist dictator, a bloodless internal revolution took place in the government which installed the popular and benevolent Count Yan Sudooku as Head of State. General 'Devious' Grevious is the Supreme Commander of the Confederate Armies (in charge of the military) and John Vayzon is Minister of the Interior, who deals with the day-to-day affairs of the country. The CIW is a single-party state, headed by Sudooku's UPM, or Union for a Popular Movement. The unpopularity of the dictator is also responsible for a general distrust in the extreme left.Political freedoms are few, but civil rights are on the rise.
Economy: The economy is powerful, and functions mainly to the state. Though it is a capitalist system, a large portion of the corporations are nationalized, and the government has the power of intervention. Officially, the CIW has a dirigiste economy.
Military: The army is moderately sized. Soldiers are well equipped and almost as well trained as Kazzerland. Conscription is in place and plans are to increase the size of the CIW's high-quality armored forces. The prevailing army doctrine is quality over quantity.
The navy holds priority, and it is thought that the CIW has the region's most powerful navy. Over the years, the amount of aircraft carriers has increased, but there is still a sizeable number of battleships and destroyers. The battleship Kaleesh and the supercarrier Malevolence lead the fleet.
The airforce is somewhat neglected. Most of the planes are fighter-bombers stationed on carriers. The airforce is mainly used to cover the ground or naval forces.
Some General Stuff: The CIW is the only capitalist nation in the International Nations. People of the CIW are generally proud, down-to-earth and generally share the belief (abandoned by most of the other countries) that war is glorious. Nevertheless, they know war should just be a last resort. They distrust the extreme left in their country, as well as communist nations, but tolerate socialist ones.
National Animal: the Kardas Dragon Kardas Dragons are 4-metre tall carnivorous monstrosities that live mainly on the south of on the CIW mainland. They constantly generate a concussive force inside of itself and can then release it. The power of this force is dependant on how long it is kept in the body, but too much concussive energy will cause the Dragon to explode. The Kardas Dragon is also capable of flight, despite its proportionally small wings and bulky physique.

-After hearing that cats run the government of Teivostan, General Grevious ordered that cat owners have the intelligence levels of their pets tested. Minister Vayzon's only comment was "Holy crap!" The CIW government has also started a survey on the capabilities of the not very intelligent but extremely destructive Kardas Dragon.
-Count Sudooku has returned home from Beijing, and said in a press conference that if he hears Kaiser Kazzer's recognition of the new state in Kazzerland personally (be it leader to leader or by telephone), that he will acnowledge it as the new Kazzerland government
-The CIW has also started fortifying their eastern border, as relations between the CIW and Teivostan are ice-cold.

Reichherz, National News

- After hearing of Teivostan's "feline superiority complex," the Kaiser has ordered that the palace guards are to remove any cats in the area, and keep any from coming close to him. Household and stray cats are being abducted, and interrogated by the Reich Special Service. Government scientists are conducting experiments and intelligence tests on the felines. The Kaiser has issued warnings to the people of the nation, telling them that they should watch their cats very closely and report any peculiar behavior.
- The Government is rather concerned about the situation in the so-called "Holy Empire." It would seem that Teivostan is itching for war, and the Kaiser would like to devote all of his attention to safe-guarding the Reich. Unfortunately, this radical southern state must be eliminated as it is draining on the rest of the nation. As such, the Kaiser will be attempting somewhat of a shock-and-awe seeing as the state has not capitulated. 500 high powered cruise missiles are being launched into Sanctus, the state's capital. Afterwords, the Kaiser will demand capitulation one last time.
- Because of the suspected brewing Teivostanian war, all civilians in the Reich Defense Force (RDF) have been issued basic military equipment and arms and are at a state of full-preparedness. The Youth Guardsmen Korps has been called to active duty as well, to serve side-by-side with their adult counterparts should it be necessary. All standard military units have been flipped to active duty as well.

- Scientists have found that the Automaticz Cat does not posses the same level of intelligence as the Teivostan Cat, however cat owners are being urged to stay on the lookout for any strange behaviour, tests on penguins are still continuing.

- After Teivostans aggressive stance on Automaticz and Humans the border security has been beefed up with all soldiers on High Alert, Any troops, vessels or aircraft from Teivostan straying into Automaticz Territory will be given one warning and then destroyed. Reserve forces are being told to make sure they are available for call up should the need come.

Comrade Chairman Meow has stated that he feels uneasy that both Kazzerland and Automaticz are on alert. He sees it as unwise for Teivostan to go to war at the moment as the nation borders all others and has no allies.
Despite that fact, he has ordered all military personnel to be on full alert and report any suspicious activity.
Border defenses are being strengthened and any foreign aircraft entering Teivost airspace will be ordered to land for interrogation or be shot down immediately.

When Comrade Chairman Meow discovered that the penguins in Automaticz were of high intelligence he made a public plea to them to rise up and overthrow their human oppressors, to run their country how they see fit.

The small band of elite soldiers who were dispatched a few days ago have been rumored to be undercover in a few Automaticz major cities, acting as strays or even perhaps house cats. They have supposedly been ordered to act as stupid as possible if examined. They're objective though is unknown, some say terrorism, others say to spread revolution or perhaps both.

Chairman Mao Pengu cannot stress enough how despisable the treatment of humans in Teivostan is, in a televised interview he called Teivostan "A Third Reich hiding behind a Red Banner"
All travel to Teivostan is now Prohibited and a full embargo placed on the nation.
Teivostan flags have been burned in the capital after the people heard about the treatment of humans in Teivostan.

Military experts are in Automaticz claim that Teivostan's Military must have some major issues,
"The fact that cats are the main Military Personell in Teivostan must be a problem for them, while the cats intelligence is obviously up to human standards by some strange evolutionary hiccup the practicality of fighting against humans is huge, for one the cats Physique is not capable of carrying any weapons that aren't extremely light and for such a small animal controlling huge machines like battle ships or aircraft has to be a major difficulty, for one they must have to customise everything at a cost to make it fit for cat use."

Scientists in Automaticz have also pointed out the large difference in average life span between human and cat, not to mention the difference in strength.

The Kaiser is not liking the brewing situation between the two regional communist powers. "This could initiate yet another violent, and nuclear-riddled full scale war. I would like to protect the Kazzeran Reich from this potentially monstrous conflict. All military forces are to stay at a state of alertness, but we do not wish for any part of this war if it is not necessary. We have own our problems to worry about, being a secession and a brand new government that still isn't 100% situated."

The cruise missiles successfully hit their target in the rebel capital of Sanctus. All important buildings and structures to the rebels were decimated, and fires are raging down their city streets. Casualties were very high and are still growing from the flames. As such, the Kaiser has demanded capitulation one last time from the rebel state. Only a small handful of their leadership figures still remained, and they agreed to rejoin the rest of the Reich. Shortly after, they committed suicide to repent for their cowardice. The Reich's Military has marched into the state, securing it once more as part of the nation and beginning repairs on the damaged city.

Also, government scientists discovered that Kazzeran cats are quite stupid, actually. They are not capable of any acts of human intelligence or skill by any means. After receiving the report, the Kaiser said, "Why cats anyhow? They are much smaller, weaker, and less intimidating than a man."

-Reasearchers have shown that the CIW cat, though posessing a modicum of intelligence, is naturally loyal. The research on Kardas Dragons currently shows that the beasts' concussive blasts can lead to deforestation and destruction of vehicles. The beasts are also territorial, but have grown used to humans.

Upon hearing the comments that Chairman Mao Pengu made against Teivostan, there was outrage amongst the feline community, forcing them out into the streets to rip apart automaticz flags with their sharp claws while meowing wildly for the capture of their pathetic human leader. The Chairman however, did not comment on the citizens behavior.

High ranking military officials assure the other nations that after much extensive research and development Teivost weaponry, military vehicles and naval vessels have all been adapted to fit the needs of the feline armed forces. Infantry forces are exceptionally well trained in the fields of marksmanship and demolition as their small stature and fur is less noticeable than the average human. They do of course use their adorableness to their advantage sometimes.

Humans do make up a part of the military and are kept in line by their feline superiors by using electric tracking devices which will terminate the soldier automatically if he deserts or is feeling too un-loyal. These devices are implanted inside every human brain at birth.
Teivost cats are descended from wild cats originally but through evolution and genetic engineering their abilities and life span have increased dramatically. They now live as long as the average human and their agility, flexibility and eyesight has improved greatly, making them excellent martial artists and snipers.

In the capital of Catsburg the Chairman stated that he would gladly join world leaders in Karadas for a nuclear conference.

Upon hearing Count Sudooku's comment, he replied as such, "We destroyed the rebel state and it is part of the Kazzeran Reich once more. I suppose you didn't get the latest news report on it being hit with cruise missiles and resecured by our armed forces. They capitulated and their leaders then committed suicide. How fortunate for us."

Also, the Kaiser will gladly join the Count for a nuclear weapons conference. "My greatest hope is that nuclear weaponry shall never be used again. I know the pains of it, considering I was a major part of the nuclear world-war. I am ashamed of those actions."

Reconstruction of the severe damage caused by the recent coup is nearly complete in many areas. The Kaiser is very pleased with the Reich's current status, seeing as it is militarily secure, united under one government, and not particularly hostile with anyone. Construction will continue until all damage has been fully repaired.

After hearing that Teivostan Cats have a basic knowledge of Martial Arts, Penguin Ninjas have been deployed to the Auto-Teivo Border.

Trenches and Fortifications are being built on the Auto-Teivo Border, as well as a large minefield which will eventually stretch across most of the Border. It is thought that these defences should not take too long to prepare due to the large number of troops stationed at the border already and the fact that mines and trench/building equipment are readily available after the Great Military Push. The Mines are to be made slightly more sensitive due to the fact that cats are the target, but not too sensitive as that would lead to common explosions.

Automaticz would like to remind the International Community that Teivostan is not a communist nation, communism is classless and even a Capitalist could see that there is a massive class difference between Cat and Human, one that is purposely kept, in all Automaticz official documents and Textbooks Teivostan is to be classed as The Totalitarian/Fascist.

- In response to the Teivostan Parade a medium sized Military Parade was held at the Western City of Zeung Pen Hui Close to the Teivostan Border. Surface to Air Missiles were also displayed at the Parade, some of the missiles displayed are known to be capable of carrying Nuclear Warheads.

- The fortification of the border with Teivostan is coming along nicely, an even larger order of Mines has been placed by the Government, it is suspected that the Auto-Teivo Border is likely to be the site of the largest minefield in IN.

- All Automaticz Soldiers on the Auto-Teivo border have been issued with Gas Masks.

- To compensate for its lack of airforce, General Grevious announces that the presence of SAM sites will be increased along its borders, and situated on the edges of cities. Avak Industries, the CIW's arms industry also announces it has begun designing a vehicle that will provide anti-air cover for CIW land-based forces.
- General Grevious has given orders to the submarine branch of the CIW Navy detailing an intelligence mission to Oceania
- The CIW foreign ministry has also published a report detailing the state of relations of other countries and the CIW. The countries are ranked from most liked to most disliked by the CIW in general:
Kazzerland: Liked the most because Count Sudooku personally respects Kaiser Kazzer, and the shared militarism doctrine. The CIW tolerates Kazzerland's socialism, so the lack of civil rights is the only point that the CIW dislikes.
Automaticz: Distrusted because of communist doctrine and lack of civil rights. However, Automaticz is seen by the CIW as a moderate communist state, which means that relations are more or less neutral.
Teivostan: liked more or less as little as Debro/Oceania. The CIW distrusts Teivostan because of its communist doctrine and the state of living of its human population. Additionally, Teivostan refuses trade with the CIW because the CIW is capitalist. However, the CIW does not believe that either Teivostan or Automaticz are naturally agressive.
Oceania: Distrusted because of Stalinist doctrine, lack of civil rights and isolationism.

- Chairman Mao Pengu was surprised when he learned that Automaticz was distrusted by Karadas, he sent a telegram to the Karadas Embassy in Automaticz asking for further information.

- The fortification of the border with Teivostan is in its final stage.

- After seeing how Karadas plans to cope with its air force numbers the Chairman has decided that something similar has to be done in Automaticz. Anti Aircraft Guns have been placed in all Major City's and in all major industrial sites, SAM sites have been constructed at the most populous cities and the most vital industrial sites. He has also set out plans to improve the RADAR and Early Warning system in Automaticz, designing has begun, it will also be able to detect any missiles traveling to Automaticz.

- Due to the fact that the Teivostan Delegate is not responding in the Nuclear Conference, Public Bomb Shelters are being built in most communities, citizens are also encouraged to use cellars or other protected areas of their house as personnel shelters, leaflets and information has been distributed on what to do if the siren sounds, how to prepare a personnel shelter, info on public shelters and general nuclear attack info. Each Community with a public shelter has a Civil Protection officer who is in charge of organizing public shelters and the likes.

Automaticz Early Warning System

Our Scientists have been working hard to create our new Early Warning System, the public have also been prepared for a possible Nuclear Strike against Automaticz ((Thing US Cold War Civilian Preperations)) Automaticz is now at Code ORANGE. The threat is seen to be from Teivostan, Nuclear Missiles have been aimed at all major Teivostan Cities, Military sites and Industrial Sites in readiness for a Nuclear Strike. Chairman Mao Pengu has made it 100% clear that Automaticz will only strike if it has been attacked first.
