Proclamation of the Sun King,
On July 4, 2008 the people of International Nations have their first King, Sun King Nibu
I.King
A.Powers & Rights
-Being above the Code/Constitution
-Is to serve as High Judge and Founder
-Can pass or change laws without senate approval
-Can eject anyone from the region and/or forum without a trial
-Is to run the forum
-Can appoint anyone to any government office
-Can appoint Dukes
B.Conditions of servitude
-All government officials that support the king may keep their current positions
-Loyal supporters of the king will be appointed to replace insubordinates
II.Duke
A.Any government Official can be promoted to the rank of Duke by the King
B.Duke is to serve until inactiveness, Impeachment, retirement, or leaving International Nations
C.Rights & Duties
-Once appoint/elected to an office, can bypass future elections
-Can hold multiple offices
- Has right to be a MOD on the forum
-Must fulfill the duties of his appoint/elected office(s)

I may be laughing, but it is surely no joke, my friend. But come now, let us not fight. Join me, I’ll make you a Duke in our new Kingdom and you can remain the permanent Head of Senate if you like. International Nations is dying can’t you see? Almost everyone is inactive, some won’t know about this for a few days still. The government will be about the same just with a King and Duke(s), this new era should stir our region right back to life. I plan to rule with honor and valor always acting in the best interest of the region, and you too could join me in doing so.

international nation was just fine without you as king for a long time. So don't be an asshole. The founder nation was mine, and it was just my kindness and my passion for democracy to share the pw of the founder with you. You stole that nation, sir. International nations was a democratic region and it shall remain a democratic region.

International nations is dying, I only do this to save it. Instead of fighting me and trying to destroy the region save time and join me. Everything is still gona run like normal, we shall still hold elections.

You always say the region is dying.You said this a year ago too, and -surprise,surprise!- the forum's got more than 20.000 posts, without your kingdom or your help.
The region was democratic and it shall remain democratic. Without founder hijacking, kings dukes and all that bullshit.

Without my help? I'm the one who got this region going and you know this. By recruiting, creating the forum, writing the constitution, and so on.

Anyone currently holding a government office in support of the King will be appoint Duke, other veterans of the IN can discuss the issue with me here or through tgs/msgs.
Also we are in current need of a replacement Head of Senate. If anyone here has an interest in filling this position until the next elections take place, please either tg me or post here.

Yes, I agree with you Nibu, quick action must be taken to revive activity in International Nations and the slow process of democracy is slowing our progress down dramaticaly. I must admit that I am a bit uncertain of only one person having that much power although it must be done for IN to grow. I'm kind of used to it anyway since I have experience with regions which ran similar governments. I was actually going to suggest something similar to what you have done but I thought that it might have been looked upon poorly since my history with IN is a bit ummm.... "iffy". Anyway! Yeah, I support you as King of IN. Long live the King!  |

Well first we must find out where the remaining government officials of IN stand. Then deal with Debro trying to tear the region in two.
I'm currently focusing on mass recruitment. I'd like to get the forum alive again. Once that happens I plan on really getting our military actually set up for once.
Also we need to appoint a new Head of Senate, until next elections (in about 2weeks).

Hmm, I'll help out as much as I can with the recruiting although I can't see how we can stop Debro.
As for the government, we haven't heard from Firedeb8ers or Kazzerland for weeks and Kardas is visiting Holland so I doubt we'll be hearing from them in the near future.
Yes, getting the military up and running again sounds like a good idea and one which I would like to be a part of.

It's pretty simple really. See the old constitution/"code" is still in effect, but this new document is also in effect. Basically we have a democratic Kingdom.
You can become Duke and take the post of Head of Senate if you like aswell.
