Everyone is welcome to attend the International Conference.
Chairman Mao Pengu
Hello Delegates from around the world, I welcome you to Beijing, the beautiful city at the heart of our great country.
I can assure you that your stay will be safe and comfortable, we have security guards on duty 24/7 in and around your 5 star hotels and in this conference room, also room service will be available to you all, free of charge.
Now lets get to business, these are the subjects i propose that we discuss, however please feel free to suggest any additional topics to talk about.
- Political Differences (How can we over-come our Political Differences and cooperate, what are your views on our various political systems?)
- Military (What are your views on various nations Military, what opportunity for Military Cooperation are there?)
- Economy (How can we cooperate through trade ect to better our economies.)
- Peace (How can we maintain peace in our diverse and ever changing world.)

OOC: i'm sure there will be at least ONE regional war before peace efforts. We've got a nation based on the Imperium from Warhammer40K and Orwell's Oceania- both agressive, and a nation loosely based on the Confederacy from Star Wars, which is the only capitalist nation in the region and also criticizing civil rights abuses in the other countries
Count Yan Sudooku
Sudooku has arrived in Beijing and thanked Chairman Pengu for welcoming him at the conference. With Vayzon's help, Sudooku had prepared a small note paper detailing the CIW's position on the various issues.
"Thank you for inviting me to the conference Chairman Pengu, and thank you for the gift on our National Day. Beijing is a beautiful city. Before I leave I need to take a tour. I have with me on a note card our positions on your proposed issues, but I believe it is better to wait on the representatives from Oceania or the Imperium."
Political Systems
The CIW is the nation with the largest amount of civil rights, but only slightly better than some in terms of poltical rights. It is also the only capitalist country (though the government frequently intervenes in the economy). The CIW distrusts authoritarian communist and Stalinist regimes, but tolerates socialist nations. The CIW distrusts Oceania the most. Sudooku believes in the a large amount of civil rights are key to a sucessful nation, and so the CIW vouches that more civil rights will help overcome political differences.
Military
The CIW is worried about the strength of the Kazzerland army, and the lacking strength of its own airforce. Sudooku is against nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass distruction. The CIW Navy is believed to be the strongest in the region. Regardless, Sudooku and Grevious is eager for military cooperation.
Economy
The CIW is very open to trade and believes it is key to improving relations.
Peace
Sudooku wants a decrease of militarisation and an increase in diplomacy as a means for peace.

- High Lord Vartrus arrived in Beijing today after discussions with the Grand Council on the Imperium's views on the named topics.
"The Imperium is honored to attend this conference in hopes of bettering our slipping international reputation. I hope that we can work to repair this, and perhaps we can all understand each other better to improve our relations. Automaticz wields a strong and powerful government, something we here in the Imperium look up to. We are glad to be here, and glad to finally break free of our domestic shell."
Political Systems
- The Imperium is very authoritarian in its ways. And with recent events, very theocratic. Civil rights and political freedoms are both quite limited, but that is simply to ensure the security and safety of our people and our Holy faith. We do not intend to impose our deity on other nations, and we are accepting of differing governments. However we look down upon nations that have set national religions, other than our own. We believe our faith in the God-Emperor will provide everlasting unity and safety amongst our people. Unity is key to the success of a nation's power.
Military
- The Imperium is very pro-military, if you will. We encourage strong and thriving armed forces in every nation that we like. We also intend to permanently preserve a tradition of a massive, powerful, efficient, and ruthless military. We are quite confident in our land capabilities, however our naval and air capabilities may be somewhat lacking in comparison to other world powers.
Economy
- The Imperium maintains a primarily government controlled economy, but we are accepting of any economic system. We believe that trade is vital to healthy foreign relations.
Peace
- With the massive increase in military strength and size around the world, the Imperium doubts that any nation would be "ballsy" enough to attack another without solid reasoning. We hope for a period of peace to allow us time to develop our pure and true Imperial religion.

Political Systems
Automaticz has a firmly Communist system, everyone has equal pay. At the end of their school life every citizen sits a test which determinants which job they get, this is to ensure an equal distribution of jobs and makes sure everyone gets a job to suit them, it is possible to apply for a change of job but this is rarely the case. Religion is banned as it pollutes the mind with lies and superstition which get in the way of the citizens willingness to work hard for our great nation. We tolerate other Political Systems outside of our country but make it clear that they have no place in Automaticz.
Military
Our Military has always been strong but it is now even larger after the Great Military Push at the start of Chairman Mao Pengu's term, we now have vast swaves of Equipment and Soldiers as for months Factories all over the country produced as much Military Equipment as they could without halting supply of what they normally make. The Ground Forces are by far the largest with a many soldiers and well over half of the Adult Population making themselves available for call up should there be a major war. The Navy is adequate and capable of defending Automaticz shores, the Air force is lacking in pilot numbers but there is a good enough stock of planes and equipment.
We are open to Military Cooperation and exercises.
Economy
The Economy suffered during the Great Military Push, there are many Factories which provide lots of Automaticz non Hi Tech manufactured Goods. There are also many farms which provide enough food, traditionally rice ect, for Automaticz but not much food is exported, or imported.
Everything is State Owned and we are not too interested in further Economic cooperation with Capitalist states.
Peace
We believe Peace is important so we maintain a 0 tolerance stance on aggression against Automaticz, your aggression towards us will be met with a strong retaliation from Automaticz.

Now on to general discussion, to get this rolling I think we should first discuss the situation in Kazzerland.
We are worried about the Religious Cult in Kazzerland but are equally concerned about the Death Korpz trying to seize control in Kazzerland, what can the Kazzer representative say about this?

Regardless, my primary concern with the Imperial Cult is that it could lead to dangerous militant extremism, which could have violent consequences past Kazzerland borders. I have also sent a message to my Minister of the Interior Vayzon that we will remain neutral for now in the current conflict in Kazzerland. However, I am open to a joint humanitarian mission. I must also say that we have increased security in the Onewa Region, or former Turkey to prevent fighting to spill into our nation."
