Stats of Kazzerland

[Kazzerland]

Kazzerland was once a land of divided states warring with each other constantly. The massive death toll rose greatly everyday and more and more was reduced to flaming rubble. The people of the states were not happy with this constant time of war and death and wanted an end to it. In the middle of a massive battle where units from every warring state were involved, a young General named Kazzer of one of the most powerful warring states rose and offered an organized government to the armies. He offered them peace, happiness, and organization. He said,"If they would unite and become his army then he would conquer the other states and name it one country where they would have eternal glory with Kazzer as their leader. Kazzer appealed to them at the perfect time and so they accepted. Kazzer easily conquered the other states and named the nation, Kazzerland, after himself the Emperor of the land.

Military info:

Enforcer: Military level trained police armed with an improvement on the M16 A4 called the M16 A5 and full body flak armor. Used as city police and guards and have the same jobs as America's National Guard.

Soldier: Better and harder training than enforcers armed with M30 A4 assault rifles and type 1.0 carapace armor.

Paratrooper: Same training and equipment as Soldier but trained to effectively jump from planes into enemy territory and trained as low level special forces.

Stormtrooper: Much better and harder training than the already highly-trained soldiers, armed with M30 A5 assault rifles and type 2.0 carapace armor. Also trained as quality special forces.

Ghost Claw: The most elite men of the most elite warriors of Kazzerland. Masters of any possible combat situation, stealth, sniping and Special Forces missions requiring precision and secrecy beyond belief. Armed with new M30 A7 rifle and digital camo suits that alter light for better camouflage and have built in cloaking devices, called K.1 Stealth Suits.

Standard Planes: K. II fighter planes and the robo planes of Primus Orios. G. IV bombers(also used as troop and cargo transports).

Standard Weapons:

M16 A5: Basically, the M16 A4, with a 7.62mm round and improvements on range, accuracy, durability, and reliability.

M30 A4: high-tech, well made, .50 cal assault rifle.

M30 A5: high-tech, well made, .75 cal assault rifle with added features that the A4 does not have.

Standard Armor:

Full Body Flak: Exactly how it sounds, pads of kevlar all over the body usually including a military style hard helmet.

Carapace 1.0: Pads of enhanced kevlar with sheets of resistant metal aloe on top, connected to a system that is connected to the wearer's muscles making it possible to lift much heavier items. Also has a targeting system and armor damage report system.

Carapace 2.0: The first version of carapace plus an electrical powering system connected to each pad of armor that highly increases durability and resistance.

Standard Tank: The K.T. III battle tank and the Light Tank APC(combination of a light tank and an APC)

Government:

Emperor- Ruler of the country, has final rule on everything.

Imperial Official- People used to help the Emperor keep control of the country.(Pawns of the Emperor

Economy: Socialist and thriving

General System:

The taxes are high and the economy is government run. Large bonuses are given to workers who excel at there job. All jobs have a set pay so not everyone is of the same social class. The Emperor decides where the taxes are spent but when the people of the country need something badly, the Emperor will make sure they get it. The title of Emperor is passed down, by the Emperor choosing two candidates to be voted on by the people of the country. There are no political parties, just following the Emperor. Civil Rights are limited, but the people still have some. At the age of 18 all civilians both male and female must serve a bare minimum of 2 years in the police or the military with no pay. All additional years served are on a decent salary. This gives Kazzerland a constant and large military and police force. This means that all adult civilians are soldiers or have been soldiers making them an extremely militaristic society. Civilians are to be used as an efficient militia in times of dire need but a time like this has never come by.

OOC: What I'm trying to say is that all civilians know how to kill 9 ways with their finger.

Laws and punishment:

The laws can be amended at any time at the will of the Emperor. But basically the general laws are as follows and their punishments if not obeyed are as follows:

- All decrees by the Emperor are to be loyally obeyed. (Punishment= Death in one way or another)
- Daily attendance of your local Kazzer Church is mandatory.
(Punishment= Death)
- Speaking out against the government or the Emperor in any way shape or form including, speaking, writing, or any other way that it can be expressed.
(Punishment= DEATH)
- Requesting for the Emperor to change his ways of ruling the country.
(Punishment= Most certainly, DEATH)
- All degrees of Murder
(Punishment= Death and life in prison for attempted murder.)
- Stealing
(Life in prison.)
- Any form of Assault
(Punishment= Life in prison or death depending on the degree.)
- Assaulting or disobeying any government personnel including military.
(Punishment= Death)
- Rebellion of any form.
(Punishment= Death)
- To sum it up if you commit anything that would considered a crime in America, but also all of the obeying the Emperor and obeying his word stuff, too. All of the punishments are either death or life in prison, usually including torture in both.

With the new Federation, the laws are currently being changed and voted on.

Here's just a bit more about the current Emperor:

The current Emperor is Emperor Kazzer and he is not expected to end his powerful reign any time soon, at all. The Empress in not known to the public and is also not known if Kazzer has any children. Though, currently by law, the title of Emperor is not passed down by family lines. Emperor Kazzer resembles a man maybe in his 30's or possibly 40's but he is much older. He is actually somewhere between the age of 125 and 150 but still going strong for an unbelievably expensive brain chip was created to increase Kazzer's life span by several hundred years and maintain his physical body as a man in his early middle ages.

No one knows where Kazzer is, and never has known save a few select Imperial Officials and Kazzer's elite guard. Nothing is known of his guards as they are never mentioned. He is to be addressed as either Emperor of Lord. It is rumored that Kazzer sits in a remote underground chamber that is indestructibly, surrounded by cameras that view the entire populace of Kazzerland. This is simply a rumor but it is a quite popular one that could be true. This description might be longer if anyone knew anything about Kazzer besides how he came to power. The two officials have been chosen in the event of Kazzer's death and they are: Imperial Official Tomasz and Imperial Official Mikhail. They are to be voted on by the people to the claim the title of Emperor in the event of Lord Kazzer's death. It is estimated that Kazzer still has about 300-350 years of life because of the chip in his brain. Though it is commonly known that Kazzer wishes to rule Kazzerland for as long as it exists, which is quite likely.
