Saint Andrew. He, er, tried to make the Swedish flag, made it a bit better but didn't have any yellow so he used white. Right?

just noticed, It's a beautiful city, despite Funar's(formal nationalist mayor) steps towards the opposite... I'm from Nagybánya(or Baia-Mare, in romanian). It was a small town before the mines were exploited, in the times i was born, it was especially ugly(and large)... Your mom is half hungarian, or just learned the language? question: The saint's face was blue.

Oh no my mom is full Romanian but lived in the old part of Cluj, on the downtown strip, where everyone who shared her courtyard were Hungarian. My mom's parents were famous because her dad was the president of an organization for the deaf and mute (I forget the name of it). They built a large glass-sided bank that goes from the main street right into the courtyard of these hundred-to-thousand year old homes and it just looks plain ugly.
I know Baia-Mare, and if you stretch its translation in English, it means big bathroom, but it's real meaning is Big water or big swim or something like that. I'm fluent, but have the romanian knowledge of a 2nd grader (that's when I moved the the US).
question: no idea, but I'll get the next one

Meh you will never get it. (i may be wrong) but from what i know the answer to my question is St.Andrew (the scottish saint) refused to be killed on a cross like Jesus (he thought he was not worthy of it) so they changed it to an X shape cross which is how the scottish flag was made. I may be wrong but thats what i know. The next person who posts here gets 2 ask the next question

Really?Strange, the hungarian conterpart means "Big Mine"
We moved to hungary after the democratic revolution; My parents wanted to do so for 30 years, but the regime didn't allowed it...I was six, and I spoke the romanian almost fluently, but i've forgot all, without practice. I remember, however, the "Dutem pizda mati" or something like that(I'm sure that the spelling is wrong). That was the sentence what my dad shouted on the roads to bad-ass drivers. ;D
Question:Lajka(I don't know the english translation...)

He was on the "Granma", and his plane disappeared in 1959. Who was this revolutionary? Would you be referring to Cuban revolutionary Camilo Cienfuego? I'm not sure about this one, so I'll refrain from asking a question before this is confirmed...
