- Looking at the two T-shirts with amusement, premier Vayzon decided to order a T-shirt made that has the slogan of the Kazzerland one on the fron and the Automaticz slogan on the back. Responding to criticism, he said: "Ummm, who cares about this? It can't be a political with both slogans on there you know!"
The Seperatist Council (the CIW parliament) was rumored to be snickering about Vayzon's T-shirt the entire day. However, Vayzon denied that these T-shirt were to be produced on a large scale.
- General Grevious has ordered all CIW military projects to be put on hold, save for the one on the missile shield, in light of Chairman Pengu's speech. Projects on hold include designs for a long-range rocket artillery vehicle, an anti-air vehicle and top-secret heavy tank.
- Vayzon has also ordered nation-wide nuclear threat drills and that every family be ordered a kit similar to the Kazzeran Apocalypse Survival Kit
- Grevious has also spent the day discussing CIW defense tactics in case of conflict with his top military staff. The CIW military is placed on high alert, with the Army is are moving to secure CIW borders. The Airforce is ordered to ready the planes so they can lift off in 30 minutes if the situationo calls for it. The Navy have left their ports ready to defend the CIW territorial waters, with most aircraft carriers and cruisers placed near the territorial waters of Automaticz.
- Analysts in the Sudooku administration see the current situation as bleak, and war on the horizon.

- The Automaticz Government has not reacted to the cease in production of the Anti Communist shirt, the anti capitalist shirt is growing more popular and recent price cuts on it means it is becoming more popular by the day.

- In response to the Kazzerland and Karadas military readiness all Automaticz soldiers have been put on High Alert with a new "Motherland Guard" being organized, made up of men and women too young or too old to fight, their equipment isn't very good but they are radical and will fight to the death against any invading froce with whatever weapons they can get.

- After seeing that Gas masks are being handed out in Kazzerland the Automaticz Government is doing the same, each citizen will have a Gas Mask. Other supplies and guides have allready been handed out well in advance of this crisis which was predicted to occur.

- Unconfirmed leaked reports say that the RADAR which dectects incoming nuclear missiles to Automaticz went "On the blink" today as it falsely detected an incoming nuclear missile from the CIW, just as planned sirens went off in all major cities and industrial/military sites and non nuclear missiles were fired at the "missile" The reports say that as many as 7 nukes were a push of a button away from being fired at major CIW targets when the missile in question suddenly dissapeared off the RADAR. The Automaticz Government claimed that this was a normal drill and denys the events leaked ever occurred. The leaked, unconfirmed report ends by saying that top scientists are looking into the problem.

- The Kaiser came forward today, attempting to promote peace and the ending of the brewing hostilities. "Our future as an international community is bleak right now. Too many times, have hostilities nearly brewed to a boiling point. We must strive for peace and the cessation of hatred between nations. While we may have differing political and economic philosophies, we must settle our differences and attempt to get along. This, my friends, is essential to the survival of our region and the survival of our people. Senseless apocalyptic warfare will do nothing but destroy our nations, and slaughter billions of innocents. I do not want to see this glorious Kazzeran Reich meet the wretched demise of nuclear decimation. And, I would hope the CIW and Automaticz do not want to become extinct either. Let these hostilities end, for the sake of all of us!"

- The entirety of the Reich's vast and powerful defensive and military capabilities are at the ready, in the event that the Kaiser's speech makes no impact on foreign leaders. National patriotism is at an all-time high, with almost every house flying the eagle of the glorious Kazzeran Reich.

OOC: How ironic- here's me giving responding to the fact that the CIW could have gotten nuked, while I nuked the GDI base 15 minutes ago in Kane's Wrath (and that wasn't the only time I nuked them in that level)

- General Grevious was nothing short of outraged to hear that 7 major 'targets' in the CIW were in danger of being destroyed by Automaticz nuclear missiles:
"Automaticz may treasure its security, but this is a training simulation gone too far! You CANNOT call a dril something that put MILLIONS of innocent lives at stake!"
Grevious has also had a fierce argument with the Automaticz ambassador, demanding him to explain the government's actions.
- If Sudooku was angered about Automaticz recent drill, the Count did not show it when asked about the drill. "Automaticz recent drill is not only incredibly dangerous, but completely unsensible. For years the CIW has dismantled every nuclear missile it has found on its soil. Our recent agreement with Kazzerland, where we promised to refrain from producing and using nuclear weapons, is just the icing on the cake. I feel this action was wholly irresponsible by the Automaticz government, and I would like to receive an explanation of this."
- Count Sudooku also commended the Kaiser's speech, and saying that the thawing of tensions could begin if Automaticz refrains from agressive nuclear threats.
- Uncomfirmed reports are appearing about verbal violence on the CIW-Automaticz border.
-Grevious has also ordered the makers of the CIW's missile shield to double-time, and is shifting all available resources to this.

- In response to the CIW's questions the ambassador has delivered this message.
"This was a controlled drill, at no point were any CIW lives at risk, the buttons were not even connected to real nuclear weapons, or any weapons for that matter!
Im sure you can understand, we train for every eventuality to protect our people, some crazy anti revolutionaries have grabbed a hold of this and twisted it around, it was simply a drill, nothing more."

- Secret reports say that scientists have fixed the glitch that caused nuclear weapons to be a push away from being fired at Karadas, the government has refused further comments saying that the official statement is the truth and shall not change, it was a drill, no weapons could of been launched.

-Also, being in a rather nonchalant mood, Premier Vayzon has decided to rebut Chairman Pengu's speech: "Okay, so we're fascists? Come on, even we realize that non-stop laissez-faire sucks! Even we have limitations on our economy! And we're fascists? Seriously, if you weren't a communist nation YOU'd be the fascists, given how agressive you are! And as well, you are saying we don't know the meaning of the word peace? So Automaticz, who apparently do know the meaning of the word peace, have decreed that the only thing running out of their factories are TANKS! Shees, get your facts straight!"
-General Grevious, having managed to calm down, accepts the Automaticz reply, but says he's still suspicious. On being asked why, he replied: "it's my job"
-Curiously, Count Sudooku turned down when asked for comment on the tensions between the CIW and Automaticz. Some say that the Count is losing hope to regain a peace.

- In reply to the CIW message the Foreign Minister made this speech,
"We are not ONLY producing tanks, all factories must produce their quota of various items of military equipment to arm the defenders of our Motherland!
As for peace, this is a perfect example of Fascist stupidity, Automaticz has long said that it pains us to be forced to arm ourself with a powerful and vast military to DEFEND ourselves against your provocations and threats.
It is in the nature of Facism to expand and oppress, the Grand nation of Automaticz is next on your capitalising list!
THE WORKERS SHALL RISE AGAINST THE OPPRESSIVE FORCE! When we are attacked we will be ready and we will make sure that not one inch of ground is left as it was if you dare attack the Red Dragon, your cities, towns, villages, industrial sites and many more will be pulverised in a ferocious defensive attack!

- Premier Vayzon was, oddly enough, in a light-hearted mood today. Referring to the Automaticz rebuttal he said: "Know what's stronger than the Red Dragon?? The KARDAS Dragon! hur hur hur..." Grevious was not in the mood to comment about this, while Sudooku politely declined.
- The top CIW military scientists have finally designed the anti- nuclear missile shield. It is based upon an improvement to the SAM system, and scientists hope to complement the missile system with improved radar capabilities. Currently, design has been shifted back to the elite tank, rocket artillery vehicle, and the anti-aircraft vehicle.
- Sudooku also mentioned that there was one thing he agreed upon in the Automaticz rebuttal: "the fascist stupidity bit," said the Count, "for we're not fascist, and we know better. I would also like to add to Automaticz, that my government is not threatening with force- rather, we feel threatened about the wanton destructive capabilities of your ICBMs and recent scare during the drill. And while on topic, I don't see why the CIW would even WANT to invade Automaticz for the sake of conquest. Should we attack, it will only be out of concern for our security, which is threatened by the potential destruction those ICBMs pose." Applause erupted after the Count's words.

- After hearing about this futuristic anti-nuke shield the Chairman sent this telegram to Karadas,

"Our current policy of mutually ensured destruction wont function if you have some mystical anti missile shield, if this is put into place or we see signs that you are installing this system then we will not hesitate to release our full nuclear arsenal onto your land."

- Count Sudooku assures Beijing that the missile shield is still in its concept phase, but has spoken out against its policy of mutually assured destruction: "This policy is not a sound one in terms of security, for it only threatens neighboring nations, such as ours. This will only breed hostility, a kind which will not prevent war as the Beijing government hopes."

The Kazzeran Reich refuses to get involved in this trivial quarreling, and I am officially declaring neutrality. Noble knights of my Imperial Military, I know that you are itching for war. I understand that fully. But, you must understand that war at this point would be unjustified and do nothing but ensure the destruction of the human race. And I swear to you, the Kazzeran Reich will stand firm in the face of adversity; we shall grow and prosper and become even mightier then we have ever been!"
- The crowd responded by fervently chanting the national motto, "Kaiser mit uns!"

I can still remember setting up the region and seeing it grow slowly but surely ;P And all the internal wars we had, especially me and nibu, fun times ;D
