My brother used to work at a place called 'Kwiksave'. It had the exceptional quality of having both low pay and long hours.

I think they fund the British Conservative Party, as well. But they do sell beef jerky for £1, and a six pack of Red Bull for £3. Any man would sell his soul for that kind of deal.

Then move in the opposite direction! The closer you get to Britain, the more unclean the air feels.
Incidentally, the other day there was a BBC news item about a children's railway service near Budapest. The interesting thing was that it showed up the BBC's capitalist nature, since the report claimed the railway had been set up in the communist era to insidiously 'instill work ethic' while today the railway is run to 'teach children about the work off work'. Which is, of course, the same thing.
But nicer.

Indeed. The nicer it's worded the more people will agree with it.

oh, the children's railway is always funny...I mean, 13 years-old boys asking for the ticket...I believe they're doing this for fun...
When i was around 12, and lived near Budapest, my application was refused.. ;D bad scholastic record, you know..

The good news are that i work only 12 hours a days, and the work isn't as hard as it was a year earlier, so would spend more time on this forum. WOULD!Unless my internet provider were made from a group of (insert random insultions here).

That's nothing. My Grandpa DICK worked 25 hour days, that is until he deployed in 'Nam.
[Flashback of 'Nam] PFC Henderson: Man this 'Nam stuff is tough shit PFC Gonzalez: Tell me about it man. After killing 192 commies, I gotta spend my afternoon filling sand bags. PFC Richards: C'mon guys at least we get to go home on leave in 643 days. Ah what the hell, this sucks balls. SFC Dick Nistor: Richards! Gonzalez! Henderson! Get to work you lazy bastards, and stop your damn pussy shit whinning! Hell, back in the states, I had to work 25 hour days, goddamn it! [End of Flashback]

But I guess that's because here in the US we work 8 hour days. Unless you're a minor like me who rarely gets more than 4 hours twice a week.
