Not really good, thank you for your question. I've participated in the shopping-fever, and that was...ah. And, i was even in a bank!a bank! The worst thing is, i will have to leave my money in the hands of my lessee.
Oh, i'll have an exam on welfare states on friday, and i haven't learnt a single word.

Is that part of a politics or economics course? The welfare state was a course in my politics exam, which I did in January.

Despite it being school out I had to go with my mom. But it wasn't all bad. I helped 2 teachers. One gave me a chocolate hershey bar and fruit h2O water and her last 2 is in the school teacher's frig if I wanted it and the other gave $5.

Is that part of a politics or economics course? The welfare state was a course in my politics exam, which I did in January. so. I'll try to explain the anomalies in the hungarian education structure. Keep in mind that i'm a bit drunk. So, in hungarian univerities, there are several systems in use(reforms in the education, currently) I'm in the semi-credit system. That means, i have to accomplish 300 credits in 5 years, and i will receive my master degree.(in sociology) Welfare states is a course which has 3 credits. However, since i'm in the semi-credit system, it is compulsory to have this course, and i'll have to do a comprehensive exam with 6 other courses to validate this exam.("social politics" comprehensive exam) looks like your education system in the UK is completly different, can post a link about that, just wondering....

Well, all I know is that the UK system isn't like that. So, if WS is 3 credits, how much is Social Politics as a whole?
@ all: $5 is £2.50!

Nice! But what did you help them with? The one who gave the food and water, I did different jobs, moving folders to the next grade, washing her board. While the $5 one I took out all the staples from this green wall thing, ugh it wasn't fun.

I've had a long day. I had three exams: two General Studies papers and a History paper. There was a 'cultural' section of one GS paper that asked me towrite an essay about different forms of art, and I namedropped terribly. Orwell, Huxley, Waugh, Steinbeck, Hemingway: they all featured in my writing section. I wrote about Dali and Picasso (who I don't like) in my painting section. And for my musical section? Mozart, Beethoven, Bach and...Pink Floyd.
Mind you, as I was walking out of the room I heard two girls talking: "Oh, you know for that society question, did you talk about Sartre?" "Oh, yeah. I mean, you've got to love Sartre, haven't you?" "Oh yeah, exactly!"
I suddenly found myself wanting to decapitating them for their unprecedented pretentiousness. At least I have the decency to be ashamed of namedropping!

I wrote a sentence, you follow it up with an answer, you write a sentence, someone else follows it up with an answer...the only other rule is that your sentence must be 3 words long, and start with 'the dog' and end with a past tense word, like 'jumped'.

What. A. Day. Context: - Yesterday a month's worth of rain fell all in the space of 24 hours. - Sheffield, a city nearby, was flooded after all of the five rivers it rests on burst their banks. - Half of my village is low-lying, near brooks. The other half, where I live, is quite high up. - Today I had my final exam in politics. Last night my mate who lives at the other end of my village sent me pictures of the flood down there; a brook burst it's banks, put most of the village down there (but not his house) under 1 1/2 feet of water. This was important because I usually go down there on my way to college, and I wasn't sure whether I'd be able to go down. I said I'd phone him in the morning, and see whether I should take an alternative route. This morning I rang his phone. Nothing. His mobile. Nothing. I didn't think his house had been taken out by the water, so I decided to leave his number with my mother, who stayed at home today (the motorway is underwater), and set off for college via the high-ground, alternate route. I reached college, and he was on the other side of the road. I let him catch up -and it turned out his house had been evacuated at 3 in the morning. Obviously I knew something was up, but I didn't quite realize how bad things actually were until after the exam, when somebody said that the local reservoir, Ulley, was about to blow from the strain of all the rain. When I got back home (my mate went to his grandma's) I switched on the news: the reservoir is national story. The reservoir I used to walk around every Friday has been closed off. They say it's a matter of when, not if, the dam will burst. Also, my mate's dog is still in his house.
